too lazy to

First of all, I fixed it so you can now comment with no agita, sorry about that, I had no idea.

I'm doing everything I can to get back to the shape I was in for the last few years, and then some. I'm going to get there pretty quickly now. I'll be my old weight in a month's time, and my old speed not much later, and I'll be lighter and faster soon after. It's going to happen because I say it is going to happen. I consider it a given.

So, I'm eating a lot less, and trying to work out a lot more. Every week, I run 20-30 miles, and I lift weights for a few hours total. I do things for my abs and back, and once or twice, I make it to Yoga, which I like but, I hate. Yoga is very hard, I suck at it, and it's embarassing to suck publicly, but I need the flexibility, so I keep going back.

And I need to do more. I'll be adding speed workouts real soon, and that mileage will average close to 30 per week in April. I need to quadruple my ab work.

Why? To be faster than I was? To look better than I do? Are these good reasons? Not tonight they weren't. I watched Henry Rollins instead.
